This project is a printed publication titled 見樹又見人：通往深水埗的城市森林, created for The Conservancy Association in 2024. The book uses the trees and plants of Sham Shui Po to uncover the intertwined history of the district and its community. Through the daily lives of grassroots residents, tree conservation efforts, and urban ecology, the publication encourages readers to see the urban forest from a new perspective. It highlights the relationship between people and nature while drawing attention to the challenges and future possibilities of the city’s trees. The project sits at the intersection of heritage, community, and environmental awareness.
