D1S1 uses specialist providers to run the service:
These providers process data under their own terms and, where applicable, on D1S1's instructions. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; where required, the provider must use an approved transfer safeguard. D1S1 does not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
Profiles and collections are private unless you choose to publish them. A public profile may show your username, display name, image, bio, location, social links and public collections. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards when needed for security, backups, disputes or legal obligations. Payment and accounting records may be kept for the period required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service.
Fathom does not set analytics cookies. It briefly processes IP address and user agent information to produce privacy-preserving aggregate statistics, then removes the data needed to identify a visit.
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, or object to its processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may also complain to Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD, or to the supervisory authority where you live. D1S1 may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
D1S1 uses access controls, signed authentication tokens and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or data is at risk, contact us promptly.
D1S1 accounts are not intended for children under 16.
D1S1 uses an essential sign-in cookie and small amounts of browser storage for preferences and cached saved-item status. Fathom analytics is cookie-free. See the Cookie Policy for details.
