Brand Refresh And Website Design For Periskop Partners
Why a €2.2B real estate firm ditched DLE for Periskop.
CRU led a strategic rebrand for Periskop Partners, formerly DLE, transforming it into a forward-looking investment platform managing over €2.2 billion in assets. The new identity and website emphasize foresight, stability, and partnership, aligning the brand with its expanded role in strategic capital management.

Insights- The core rebrand solved a naming problem: DLE, short for Deutsche Landentwicklung, had become too narrow for a firm that moved beyond land development into strategic capital management.
- CRU repositioned the company as Periskop Partners, using the Greek idea of a periscope—“looking above obstacles”—to communicate foresight, acting before the market does, and the brand claim “Real Perspectives.”
- The identity change rolled through the whole group: five subsidiaries became Periskop Development, Living, Logistics, Capital, and Poland, with the parent company’s legal change to Periskop Partners AG taking effect in Q2 2025.
- Periskop Partners manages €2.2 billion in assets across Germany and Poland; CRU's scope covered the brand refresh, website design and UI/UX, working alongside collaborator Firmament.
- Studio-reported outcomes included a 15% increase in brand strength across the category after relaunch, plus a 2025 Brand Diamond for Growth in Resilience from the REB Institute.
