Sydney and Melbourne-based studio MAUD developed a modernist, monochrome identity for Australian telecom company Amplitel, emphasizing reliability and clarity. The design features a directional arrow motif derived from the letter 'A' and employs utilitarian typefaces PF DIN Mono, DIN Next Pro, and Metric. Executive Creative Director Richard W Smalley describes the minimalist palette as a reflection of Amplitel’s functional, no-nonsense ethos.
The Brand Identity’s 'The Edit' highlights five new design projects, including Morse Studio’s rebrand for Kent-based Identity Printers & Finishers. The new identity combines industrial and luxury cues through custom letterforms and the use of Klim Type Foundry’s Metric. Other featured projects include work by Motley, ILVZ Estudio, Roser Padrés, and Praline for clients across energy, fashion, beauty, and architecture.
