VCCP London created "Cigarette Butts are Rubbish," an integrated behaviour-change campaign to reduce cigarette-butt littering across the UK. A silently judgmental duck uses humour and empathy to challenge smokers’ perceptions, supported by OOH, AV, social, audio, streaming, gaming, and live activations.
