LEÓN ROMERO developed the brand identity for the 18th edition of Barcelona Design Week, aligning it with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and introducing a new '18th goal'—Design for Human Future. The identity combines generative design techniques with a balance of humanistic and technological aesthetics, using Monument Grotesk and Stanley typefaces and a signature pink hue to symbolize creativity and innovation.

Barcelona-based studio LEÓN ROMERO developed an icon-driven identity and campaign system for the Barcelona Center for Contemporary Culture (CCCB). The project unifies the institution’s four cultural programs under a cohesive, accessible visual language that complements CCCB’s existing monochrome Helvetica identity. The result is a modular, minimal system that balances illustration and typography to enhance clarity and recognition.

Barcelona-based studio LEÓN ROMERO created the identity for Lanzarote’s photography and visual arts festival 2913, commissioned by the Canary Islands’ Department of Culture. The design explores the theme of periphery through a generative, systematic aesthetic that merges analogue and digital influences. Using Allianz and ASM typefaces, the identity challenges conventional design norms with a bold, minimal, and experimental approach.
