Projects like this are a dream for a studio like ours. We love it when concept, offer, identity, interior and story are all pulling in the same direction.
It being such a personal project meant that it was paramount to respect the history of the hotel while ensuring that it appealed to younger generations.
Gina is the cool younger sister of Regina.
By leveraging the history of the bar, it has become easier to position it as a Barcelona classic that is attractive to both locals and tourists.
We took care to match the brand colours to the new upholstery, so that everything lives together in harmony.
