We were asked to evolve their logo—simplifying it from a literal depiction of the Somer Valley to a more abstract approach that suggests the valley and the furrowed fields.
We worked with NVB to create a new brand strategy and positioning around 'A different school of thought' – highlighting the practice's broad experience creating everything from nurseries to universities.

Supple Studio and Studio Spilsbury collaborated on a refreshed brand identity for Somer Valley Brewing, a Bath-based farm brewery. The design draws inspiration from the farm’s landscape, using real-world textures, earthy colors, and playful illustrations by Simon Spilsbury to convey authenticity and storytelling. The new system spans packaging, merchandise, and glassware, positioning the brewery distinctively in the crowded craft beer market.

Supple Studio and Mud collaborated on a full rebrand and website for NVB, an architectural firm specializing in educational spaces. The new identity uses modular shapes, a custom typeface, and a bright yellow palette to balance playfulness with technical expertise. Mud translated the brand into a digital experience featuring interactive, puzzle-inspired elements that reflect NVB’s creative approach to learning environments.
