Maybe unsurprisingly food and stop motion don’t normally go well together, so we had to do a bit of figuring out as to what we could make with real food and what needed to be inedible.
I wanted to get the contrast of those two things – big and epic but also very down to earth and fun, just celebrating the simple joy of baking.
There’s a big range of styles in there but they’re all quite delicate and sensitive, and in each one you can really feel the hand of the artist.
