Snøhetta designed Under, the world’s first underwater restaurant located at the southern tip of Norway. The project combines architecture, interior design, and visual identity to create a seamless experience that connects guests with the marine environment. The half-sunken structure doubles as a marine research center, emphasizing sustainability and coexistence with nature.
