Immersive Data Installation For Salt Research Archives

Archive Dreaming is an immersive media installation by Refik Anadol that visualizes connections among 1.7 million documents from SALT Research’s archives. Developed during the artist’s residency with Google’s Artists and Machine Intelligence Program, the project uses machine learning to transform archival data into a dynamic, architectural experience that reimagines the concept of a library.
