M — N Associates created a complete rebrand and strategy for Kun, building the “Kuniverse” to engage a new generation of children. The project revitalized the brand across touchpoints with a more immersive, playful, and digitally fluent world. M — N Associates redesigned the Kun character family with greater depth and placed them in vibrant, futuristic environments inspired by how children learn and play today. The studio also developed distinctive brand elements, including a custom handwritten-style font and pixel-inspired graphics, to connect packaging and communications to digital culture. Beyond the core identity system, the work extended into live action figures created with a toy partner, turning Kun’s characters into interactive educational companions. The result is a more dynamic, exciting, and youth-oriented brand universe.
