Studio Banana developed a comprehensive change management strategy for NEOM’s Urban Planning teams in Saudi Arabia. Through research, workshops, and co-creation sessions, the project fostered collaboration and alignment among 2,500 global professionals, enabling more innovative and efficient ways of working toward NEOM’s ambitious vision.
