Warehouse Lease Space

This project will consist of two 40k square foot flex warehouse buildings at Greeley's High Pointe Business Park.  Currently one of the twin warehouse buildings has been constructed and is ready for leasing.  Each lease space has its own semi tractor trailor dock on the east side and overhead garage doors at grade for van fleet operations on the west side.  In addition, each lease space has an optional tenant finish area along the west side for office support areas.
