Nantucket style Custom Residential Design

This custom home can be found in the Water Valley South development in Windsor, Colorado. The finished area is approximately 6,000 SF. This home features Nantucket style exterior architecture, interior romeos that overlook the Great Room, a fitness/excercise room and an entertainment area with home theater and wet bar. The design for this project was completed in March of 2005. Other than a few punch list items construction has been completed and the family is moving in. Yard improvements will be soon to follow to complement the exterior patio.
